  Born Cleveland, Ohio, June 23, 1955. Admitted to the bar, 1980, California. Preparatory Education: University of Santa Clara (B.S.C. 1977). Legal Education: University of Santa Clara, School of Law (J.D. 1980). Graduate Work: Toxic and Hazardous Waste Management, University of San Francisco (1985). Member: State Bar of California, American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Defense Counsel, California Trial Lawyers Association, Bar Association of San Francisco, Santa Clara County Bar Association, Contra Costa Bar Association, Alameda County Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Tort and Insurance Practice Section, and American Bar Association. Admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Northern, Eastern and Central Districts of California, United States Court of Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit.
     
  David M. Glaspy has handled and litigated numerous Product Liability cases for the Garlock Corporation, Colt Industries, The Firestone Tire & Rubber Company, the Aetna Casualty & Surety Company, PACCAR Inc., Coen Company, Inc., Zenith Electronics, Cummins Engine Company, Clark Equipment Company, The Scotts Company, Mars, Inc., Goodrich Corp., and CSK Auto, Inc.
     
  Over the last twenty-four years, David M. Glaspy has specialized in coverage problems, analysis and litigation for the Aetna Casualty & Surety Company, the Central Mutual Insurance Company, the Oregon Mutual Insurance Company, the Aetna Insurance Company, the CIGNA Insurance Company, the Universal Underwriters, the Great American Insurance Company, INA Insurance Company, American Modern Insurance Company and CNA Insurance.
     
  He has supervised over 15,000 asbestos cases that have been coordinated, computerized, handled and litigated in the geographical territory that our firm coordinates and directs nationwide for several different companies. He has tried to verdict over 50 asbestos cases in over 20 different States.
     
  He has also assisted in the coordination and setting up of computerized control and direction of DES cases, asbestos cases, silica cases, and complex pharmaceutical litigation. He has handled product cases for all of the firm's various insurance companies as well as the self insured corporations that the firm represents.
     
  David Glaspy has done extensive work in the products field for almost all of the firm's various clients. He continues to handle multimillion-dollar advertising injury disputes as well as copyright infringement.
