James O. Hartman has been
involved, and is involved, in the handling of litigation related to premises
and products liability, personal injury and construction defect. For 14
years, he served as legal counsel at Up Right, Inc., a publicly held,
international manufacturing company. In addition to being the company's
Chief Legal Officer, he successively served as Corporate Secretary; Vice
President of Administration; and Chair of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan
