While in law school, Paul Glaspy
was employed by the Aetna Insurance Company, later known as the INA/Aetna
Insurance Company, and then as the CIGNA Corporation, where he went through
the executive training program in both underwriting and claims. |

Because of this background, Paul
Glaspy has had a particular interest in the analysis and interpretation of
insurance contracts and in the handling of coverage litigation. He has
handled insurance analysis and coverage interpretation for all of the firm's
insurance clients and has personally handled insurance coverage litigation. |

He has also been very active in
the general liability insurance field as well as in products liability
insurance. He has handled and is involved in active litigation in many
complex construction litigation matters as well as products liability
matters. He has tried numerous cases in these fields as well as in the
vehicular and general liability fields. |
